Tesla Roadster Last Edition is the last version of this model that is manufactured by the Californian company Tesla.After four years of production the electric roadster based on a Lotus is out of production.
Until now Tesla sold 2600 units of this model and it is expected that the number will significantly increase after the launch of the next model of the Tesla Roadster.This model is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2012 and will be designed from scratch by Tesla engineers and will be based on their own new technical platform.
Tesla Roadster Final Edition is going to be produced in just 15 units.Five are going to be sold on the American market,five on the European one and five in Asia.It will only be available in red and it doesn’t present any substantial improvements.This car is certainly expected to become a collectible for rich car fans that see its potential.
